1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HoneyJar (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

HoneyJar provides a web-based tool to create and deploy ERC-20 tokens on supported blockchain networks (e.g. Ethereum, BSC, Base, Polygon). The Service facilitates deployment only; you are responsible for your token’s design, economics, and compliance. We do not custody funds or control your wallet or smart contracts after deployment.

3. Eligibility and Use

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and not prohibited from using the Service by applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service and any tokens you create comply with laws in your country, including securities, tax, and AML regulations. You use the Service at your own risk.

4. Fees and Payments

Deployment fees are displayed before you confirm. Fees are paid in the native currency of the selected network (e.g. ETH, BNB, MATIC) to the addresses we specify. All fees are non-refundable. Network gas costs and third-party fees are separate and borne by you.

5. No Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, correctness of deployment, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for losses arising from your use of the Service, your tokens, or blockchain networks.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoneyJar and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service for illegal purposes, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or to create tokens that infringe others’ rights or mislead users. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these terms or applicable law.
